A few simple guidelines to help us run a fair, safe, and welcoming event for everyone.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Teams can have up to 5 members including the team leader. Solo participation is allowed and there is no minimum team size.
There is no nationality requirement to take part.
Each member must verify their own email. Only verified members count toward a team.
Respectful behavior is expected. No harassment or discrimination. Violations may result in disqualification.
All code must be written during the hackathon. Pre-built solutions are not permitted.
Teams will use a provided Git repository. Commit history may be reviewed.
Participants retain ownership of their work.
By participating, teams agree to open-source their submissions.
Judging will be conducted by an independent committee to be announced at a later date. All decisions by the committee are final.
Registration data is stored securely and used only for event coordination.
The organizing committee is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or damage to equipment. Participants attend at their own risk.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should notify the organizers at registration.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules or make decisions to ensure smooth operation.
